1st course: Crab-stuffed Portobello with garlic butter sauce paired with French Chardonnay
2nd course: Salad of Micro greens with candied nuts, dried cherries, Old Chatham Ewe's Blue Cheese with a fig-balsamic reduction paired with Pinot Noir Rose.
Entrée: Locally sourced Beef Tenderloin Au Poivre with a cognac cream, Camembert potato puree and green beans paired with Spanish Tempranillo.
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse paired with an Australian Shiraz.
